Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated.

A detailed evaluation is required to rule out possibilities like a vascular headache.

As of now analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be tried for pain relief.

You might require an MRI scan for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
